NMNHTV13 Says:
Oct 9, 2008 - It's interesting to hear James cover "On Broadway" on the new disc since it's practically Liv's version.
punchyouintheneck Says:
Nov 3, 2008 - Are we really this desperate that we are interviewing relatives of stars? Really using this term "Legend" loosely.
kevinbliss Says:
Dec 1, 2008 - dude why dint you listen to some livingston taylor
forcedRcon Says:
Dec 2, 2008 - Besides, Britney Spears is a legend, already. Sad, but reality.
forcedRcon Says:
Dec 2, 2008 - This fucking guy should have been an actor - he takes his brother so seriously, its absurd. Dude, you're talking about, your forking brother, not Jesus Taylor. Get real.
bearssmg Says:
Dec 3, 2008 - James does not talk about the creative process and having followed him and his wife, sister and brothers for 30 years, this is some really really great stuff - must have made James crawl in his skin to hear this stuff!
forcedRcon Says:
Dec 4, 2008 - James was Jesus? - James was MLK? - No, James was a person who was lucky to live in the time he lived and was fortunate enough to have the Beatles producers listen to him. Hey - if you're going to talk about James, why not tell us about his heroin addiction, his arrogant past, whatever...
tlapere Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - james taylor is the man!
smilesawaityou Says:
Mar 21, 2009 - Wow. I have a brother like this. What an interesting analysis of L.T.'s sibling. This is not condescention or anger or jealousy. This is purely sweetly analyzed past. Has anyone heard Alex Taylor's album "Dinnertime"? omg.
Brennna Says:
Apr 24, 2009 - Still love ya Liv! Great to see this.
missinglowell Says:
Jun 13, 2009 - not in reality -in her own mind. She's mega-famous and crass beyond words - that does not a legend make. Bone up on some real music ''n get back to us. Meanwhile, we'll enjoy this incredible stuff.....
missinglowell Says:
Jun 13, 2009 - I agree w/ Smilesawaityou! A bang on analysis of how James, the notorious introvert and iconoclast, managed to pull us in instead of alienating us ...those who have crossed the ring of broken glass for the past 4 decades have never been short changed. Anyone who has seen him live knows his ability to play with his VOICE, not just his guiatar - and to bend it in complex tapestries with his crack back up singers, is nothing short of transcendent ~ may he "never grow old...never die young" ~ ~ ~
cuddleyduddley Says:
Sep 6, 2009 - Livingston is also a great artist... Livingston came to the Wheaton College Chapel in 1987 and he was fantastic. James, however, makes my heart melt. I'm 44 years old, and took up guitar a few years ago, and I still suck. They make it look so easy!
UTubeWatcha Says:
Dec 21, 2009 - Liv is a great person. The love he shows towards JT, and many other things, speaks highly about who he is. A great person.
staffansvahn Says:
Dec 15, 2010 - He is completely right! The base of James powerful music is his outstanding guitar playing.
TadRapidly Says:
Dec 22, 2010 - James Taylor is one of the best guitarists out there--unbelievably great fingerstylist.
bassmaster1953 Says:
Feb 18, 2011 - @ejgiv Try playing one of his songs. He's not a strummer.
robinjones251 Says:
Apr 22, 2011 - @ejgiv Seems to me J.T. was a complete artist from the beginning. Great writer and singer. Virtuoso guitarist. I can't think of anybody, before or since, who compares well, especially in terms of talent. And I'm not particularly interested in his politics or sexual proclivities. I enjoy his music. For me he's the king of the singer-songwriters. He basically ushered in that whole genre. That's innovative enough for me.
Korrieification Says:
May 27, 2011 - I love Liv Taylor (what a nice guy) - love James even more! However the only thing that puts me off Liv is that he looks just like Jeffery Archer - poor bloke!
JACQUELINEGREENE Says:
Jul 16, 2011 - All Big Brothers should punch their little brothers in the arm!! he he

psychedelicinvasion Says:
