Biggie69pr Says:
May 2, 2012 - FYI... Per BoxRec Ortiz has 64% KO ratio, Mosley has a 72% KO ratio and Cotto has a 76% KO ratio... Therefore, I am not sure of what is your definition of power... more speed I can accept an argument that Mosley is faster than Cotto, although, Cotto beat him with a combination of speed and good timing.. But Ortiz faster than Cotto??? I am not sure you can even consider Ortiz a fast fighter, while Cotto as Beaten so many fast fighter with Skills, Power and really fast hands...

May 2, 2012 - i dont agry on some of your points but you had some good ones i believe cotto has change his stile a bit his fighting more on his side know and blocking alot more and his been working on his body shot that we know can ko you at any given moment i think this is anew beggining for cotto he hasent had a big fight like this one in a while i think he wil over come mayweather speed all you to do is you know mayweather will have his hands up punished him to the body when he puts his hands down jab away
marco torres Says:
May 2, 2012 - my prediction is that cotto will win big opset to the boxing world mayweather has been on top for two long i believe his time has come every dog has its day mayweather 42-1

May 2, 2012 - ohh men, that will be so f**ing nice, but i dont see that happend, Gayweather in a borring fight by score cards!

May 2, 2012 - U say that cotto isn't good inside the pocket but all u talk about is his negative stuff the last fight with Margarito cotto was trading shots with Margarito for a couple of rounds and they didn't even daze cotto.he stood there the moment he saw blood and took advantage of it and had no fear of what Margarito did in his first fight so cotto didn't care in the rematch.like mayweather said he saw cotto as an undefeated fighter y bcuz Manny fight catch weight Margarito the cheater.!

May 3, 2012 - You are out of your mind. Fraud usually doesnt get hit running so much. Hes gonna get hit a lot in this fight. Cotto is the hardest hitter in this class right now still and trust me Fraud can not stand toe to toe with him at all. Thats not even Fraud's fighting style. Even for him to block left hooks of Cotto's to his head, do u actually think Fraud is gonna be able to take that? Come on. Up until now the closet brawl hes had was Costello 1, and he really lost that. Cotto has had many battles..
Thunderbult3000 Says:
May 3, 2012 - Fraud is not willing to brawl, or do a knock down drag out. Hes really on that pretty boy crap. This is why he wont face Pac, Ive said this for a long time now. Its also starting to surface in interviews that fighting Pac can change his career due to health concerns. HUH??!! What? Does this so smart dumb a** realize what hes telling the public? I guess not because hes been quoted more then once.. Hes nothing but a con-artist and a hustler. Now hes fighting the next best man out of desperation.
Thunderbult3000 Says:
May 3, 2012 - I believe Cotto is gonna hurt him, possibly flatten him. They will either stop the fight (on a TKO) or he'll get knocked out. Soft bones and lacking experience as a fighter/brawler instead of only boxing is gonna be the difference. Every one has a few brawls under their belt, a few, all but him. Everyone that has 30+ fights has at least 2 rematches something that hes afraid of. He cant do it like your saying, he hasn't proved it yet. This is the Big One coming for him.
jmspbb Says:
May 4, 2012 - I think Cotto will be there the entire fight, I don't think he'll be outclassed...people seem to underestimate Cotto. Sure, Mayweather is very smart, but so is Cotto. Revisit Cotto's fights, he's a thinking fighter. He was hurt badly in the past and was able to come out on top. Cotto is mentally strong, I think he'll stick to his gameplan, I've never seen Cotto lose his cool even on the brink of getting KTFO'd. That being said, Mayweather wins by decision, but I don't think it will be a blowout.
mozi317 Says:
May 4, 2012 - All this technical stuff is well and good...its all about who dictates the fight. A brawler can beat a boxer...and vice versa, its all about who dictates the fight. frazier vs Ali...Ali vs Forman...the first fight the brawler one...the latter the boxer did.
proofdat Says:
May 6, 2012 - he got outclassed now what do u have to say about mayweather lol
proofdat Says:
May 6, 2012 - what happened to the ko lol mayweather dominated cotto ur a dummy
proofdat Says:
May 6, 2012 - floyd did stand toe to toe with cotto and cotto missed in close range time agter time after time and still couldnt pull the trigger on a man 2 inches in front of him stop hating on floyd hes just that great now what do u have to say since floyd dominated cotto?
Thunderbult3000 Says:
May 7, 2012 - Fraud did good aginst Cotto, although I was pretty disgusted in his performance. As with Shane and Fraud, there was on killer inticint, Shane, like B-Hop, locks into sparing mode after rd.3. and stays there. The difference is Shane has a corner but Shane has never listen in the ring to them & this has gone on for yrs. Ive noticed in Cotto's last few fights, especially b/c of his 2 loses, he controls & runs everything, all decisions in & out the ring. He has no corner, he has yes men.
Thunderbult3000 Says:
May 7, 2012 - (cont') This is huge!! On the level Cotto is fighting at he needs a real team. Thats one thing Fraud has always had. Roger is the one that saved his but aginast Shane. He had to get in Fraud's butt twice about fighting Shane's fight and not doing what he does (box). Fraud straightened up and Shane was puzzled for a minute then went into sparring mode (Great job Roger/Floyd). As for Cotto, Fraud won but he didnt completely dominate that fight. Cotto touched him up quite a bit as I said he would.
Thunderbult3000 Says:
May 7, 2012 - (cont'2) Cotto may not have hit him 100%, but he surely hit him, I dont know what you saw. We've never seen Fraud lumped up & bleeding, Cotto had him more then 3 good solid times but didnt finish him, he clearly won 3rds also & a 4th by a hair, He found something then abandoned it. I really believe if he had a half decent corner he would have not only beat Fraud but knocked him down possibly out. I saw a very worried & frustrated Fraud in a lot of the rd.'s (not common for him). But he won..

May 7, 2012 - Didn't Dwyer make a video talking about the repercussions of Mayweather outperforming Pacquiao and what it would mean. Well, it was a clear win for Floyd but as you've stated he didn't dominate the whole fight. It was actually competitive. After rd 3 Pac cruised against Cotto. Anyway, that whole mindset is juvenile - styles make fights. Obviously, Dwyer has yet to touch on that comparison as it would credit Pacquiao, and remains - the most intellectually biased hit or miss on youtube..
proofdat Says:
May 7, 2012 - you are an idiot floyd won 9 to 3 but i had it 10 to 2 but judges where nice how the hell aint that domination and peopl seem to forget that cotto is a top 8 fighter in the world and was dominated if floyd wanted to fight on the outside and out boxed him the whoel fight he could have but he fought cottos fight for entertainment he didnt have to what dont you get his the best manny is a fraud lol the guy is sloppy and flat footed no way he beats floyd let alone steps in ring with him u pactard
proofdat Says:
May 7, 2012 - you can make excuses blah blah blah he didnt have this he didnt have this he lost mayweather beat him period end of story sure floyd got blood miguel has gotten bloody plenty of time it comes with the territory n cotto does punch hard as shit my nose will bleed to but dont try n take credit away from mayweather by saying if he had this had this thats a bullshit excuse n u know it true champions make no excuses n they finish the job n win which cotto didnt
Uberboy07 Says:
May 8, 2012 - What I think? I'm thinking thanks for educating these "boxing fans" a bit of Floyds genius technical skill. You know, the people that say he runs & yet out punches his opponents, who's says he's a pu**y & yet continue to demonstrates his confidence against tough competitors at which they are comfortable.

May 17, 2012 - @dwyer70905 im hoping dennis boytsov will make heavyweight boxing more appealing to fans. his defensive skills are matched by his offensive skills, and happens to have 1 of if not the hardest hits in boxing. only 6ft 1in.

CivicNox Says:
May 1, 2012 - Cotto does like to rotate between orthodox and southpaw, so that may catch floyd of guard. Interesting match imo.
