When Sarge was programming Lopez, he must have set Lopez up to call Sarge's mom, or remind Sarge to call his mom, and in programming him, Sarge wouldn't refer to his own mother by name.Plus, nobody there actually would make sense as Lopez's mom, and Lopez refers to Sarge only as "Father" and not "Dad", so if it was meant to refer to Lopez's mom he'd *probably* (not definitely, but probably) refer to her as "Mother" instead of "Mom".
