Mar 2, 2010 - YES. IT HAS A SHITLOAD OF FLOURIDE IN IT! drinking water actually has LESS! they just take the normal stuff in tap water ( because it IS tap water) and then add "extra flouride" to it. just distill it. everything else is flouride.

Mar 2, 2010 - NO. distilled. and keep in mind, other than reverse osmosis, filters dont work. and boiling doesnt work either. tap is not okay. it still has a shitload of flouride either way. i just distill cause its easy. all you need is a tea kettle, a cup, and a plastic tube. nothing else!
