We already watched your tutorial how to sync them but I was curious about more advanced flashing and if you need to do it in After Effects or Sony Vegas. Oct 23, 2011 - you can do this in vegashighlight your clip then press U and delete the audio, download your new gun shot and find the frame where the gun shoots and add it in. I assume you mean something like the shot in this clip /watch?v=Lrxe7dg5q3U
