May 12, 2012 - Worse than 2. That's all I gotta say...
lordzilu1584 Says:
May 13, 2012 - The story of Mass effect 2 is the worst, just one word "recruitment"
531chaz Says:
May 14, 2012 - I still consider the first Mass Effect my favorite. It felt like a real space age rpg and I loved it for it. Tank was fun. The second just left me wishing for more. I hated the story and thought the combat was good but not amazing. Fuck mining. The third left me wondering if I would ever replay it. I loved the game, liked the story and the combat is good but since I can never force myself to replay the 2nd, why would I want to play through the third one again. I hated the Citadel in ME 2 and 3.

May 18, 2012 - Mass Effect 1's story: Fight Saren and Sovereign and plan to stop the Reapers.Mass Effect 2's story: Solve daddy issues, deal with faceless mook-wait, what?Mass Effect 3's story: No comment.
TheCanadianPrairies Says:
May 18, 2012 - I still consider the first Mass Effect my favorite too.The sequels ultimately tarnish Mass Effect 1's story to the point that they make it entirely pointless to have bothered with in the first place. Gameplay wise, they're more accessible, but come on, they wipe their asses with Mass Effect 1's story. Mass Effect 2, not 3, was the first to introduce space magic too.Mass Effect 1 should've just been a standalone game. At least it will be for me if I ever decide to replay it.
TheCanadianPrairies Says:
May 18, 2012 - "As a story, I feel like Mass Effect 2 is far superior to the first one."Mass Effect 2 had no story to begin with. And don't bother with Mass Effect 3, unless you want to see your precious ME2 reduced to mere cameos by your squadmates and everything you did in it, with the exception of anything about Quarians and Krogans, ultimately deemed pointless. And, of course, the endings.Mass Effect 3 wipes its ass with the previous two games, but let's not kid ourselves. Mass Effect 2 didn't help.
TheCanadianPrairies Says:
May 18, 2012 - "They're great characters to start with, but by the end of ME2 you know your crew inside and out."Please don't play Mass Effect 3. You sound like someone who'll really hate it.
LeNNaKo Says:
May 18, 2012 - I don't care about your opinion of these games' stories. I still think ME1 is worse than ME2. And just like I said, I really can't focuse properly to ME1's storyline, because the awfulness of gameplay totally overwhelms anything that's good about that game. So far haven't seen anything great or at least good in it.
TheCanadianPrairies Says:
May 18, 2012 - I think I replied to your comment by mistake, lol. Sorry 'bout that. I thought I had posted that as a reply to lordzilu's comment.

May 18, 2012 - Besides the ending I agree ME3 is awesome.
Themastercode1235 Says:
May 22, 2012 - ME2 has the Hammerhead for free and there are secret planets to explore

May 22, 2012 - Each time I was driving with the mako, I was laughing, and I was like WTF ? Each time, I was losing control of it XD - But you're exagerating, the manual override isn't hard ! I can't succeed all the time, but I like this little challenge, the fighting system is easy, when you understand how to proceed it's smooth, don't go in the front and shoot like a crazy, or you will die ! Wall is your friend, allies your shield but don't let them die XD
LeNNaKo Says:
May 22, 2012 - Driving with Mako was crazy. When you wanted to slightly turn to the right, it almost did 360°. I'm not exaggerating, the manual override is hard. There's 7 seconds and all those orange blocks are all around so I can't get past them. And the fighting is also bad. In every game I use covers/walls/corners and etc. And in this game when I'm actually behind a cover, I die. And while trying to survive in battlefield you also have to remember to move your allies and it's a pain in the ass.
RenaissanceMotoko89 Says:
May 23, 2012 - But the manual ovverride if it's too easy we can lost interest in it quickly :OThat right about the allies, you need to cover your ass and you need to cover your allies, but that what it's fun XD ...Well, I didn't yet play the ME2, so I'll see how the fighting system will be :3 _ Geez, the mako, I thought it was because I suck with driving XDDDD , just turn to the right and finish like a spinning top XDNice to share my opinion with u :3
CaptainGirlrod Says:
May 24, 2012 - Since when can you NOT give your squadmates individual move orders in ME1?
hilzuncd13 Says:
May 26, 2012 - video started buffing rights when he said tech problems... :D
tarkanardil Says:
May 27, 2012 - its a step backwards actually
QGfk1 Says:
May 28, 2012 - I agree with you that they struck the right balance in 3. The inventory and leveling systems were cumbersome and time-consuming in the first, bare in the second, but the third introduced fun customization and genuinely varied weapons. As for story, I think ME1 diehards forget the awkward animations and artificial nature of most relationship developments. 2 brought an awesome character focus, but some of the characters themselves were lacking. 3 also achieves the most emotional intensity by far.
RandomShinigami7 Says:
May 28, 2012 - Say what you want about the long elevator rides, at least you could turn the camera and get a pretty good look at how you look with your team mates...

HIM666dark6light Says:
May 12, 2012 - O.o,i'm playing on veteran mode and the game isn't that hard.Manual overrides are so fucking easy,i always get them on the first try.I agree with the inventory system being a little too complicated though.However,ME1 was pretty good.
