Also what Piggy did, Causing the major last-lap pile-up brings back memories of when the late Alan Kulwicki won the '92 NASCAR Championship. After doing his trademark reversed (Polish) Victory Lap, he combed his hair on camera! But that was after the race so it never caused this kind of pile-up. Interesting!

Oct 20, 2011 - That's what I figured; this was probably the series pilot, while "Noisy Neighbors" was produced once the series was green-lit to be aired as the series premiere. That's how it generally is with animated shows. Also note it has different title card music. This episode kinda reminds me of the 1984 "G.I. Joe" "Revenge of Cobra" mini-series Marvel produced at the same time.
