Dec 17, 2011 - And you are correct that it was a Loft and Garage classic. I remember hearing this as I was coming into the Loft for the first time. This was playing and the sound system Mancuso had was superb. And the funny thing is records at the Loft would be played in it's entirety with a slight fade out/fade in seamlessly.

May 28, 2012 - The chorus....Billy Who? ...is exactly right. Most people don't even know who Biily Frazier was. I do .. This was and is the a unique blend of disco funk that the was produced in 1980. Sounds still vey seventies and a rare underground classic for sure.Unique and still kickin ass in 2012.
