May 18, 2012 - Ther are patches in the road like that all over in Afghanistan, because the Taliban tends to use the same culverts to plant IED's in the same spot after it was repaired from the previous IED. I'm not saying this unit did anything wrong, you don't have time to stop and check all the culverts that have been blown up before. If you did, it would take 5 hours to go 15 Klicks. You could go over the same patchy spot in your AO 50 times and nothing happens, then boom. Sucks

May 24, 2012 - When you are a gunner or bouncing around and you get hit and dirt blows in your face ...you can't tell if you are rolling over , or if you are another passenger who might be sleeping or absorbed in a task I.E loading a radio ..mag etc. Then by shouting rollover it alerts everyone so they can react accordingly ...maybe those with no experience should not speak.
