Jun 16, 2010 - depends on the type of diabetes, fat man diabetes (more comenly type 2 diabetes) is what you are refering to and any1s pancease can get fucked up eating too much sugar. however I have type 1 (not fat man diabetes) wich means that i need to give myself insuline (something that everyones pancease is supose to create) in a needle whenever i have any sugar. it's pretty fun stuff.
