I won't argue but the comic, (and to a far less extent) film and music are crying out and ode to the suffering that James O'Barr suffered. Goth is a subculture that has no content in the colour of clothing but to a whole lifestyle choice. The movie and music has no fuckin' relevance to the subculture. Go look it up.

Yes the Cure is either undefined or new wave, but new wave like punk rock, help create goth music, Pornography is the only Goth album they had with songs like a forest, but this song does go well with all things slow and dark, but we can all agree that they make good music so who cares ^_^
