The American Dream is the name of an album and movie by Mike Jones. The album will be Mike Jones' second album and it is unknown if the album will ever be released, some even say it will remain unreleased. Ice Age Entertainment through Asylum Records and Warner Bros. Records.The release date was originally scheduled for numerous releases between November of 2006 and late 2007.The album is now delayed due to poor chart success of singles "Mr. Jones", and "My '64." Mike Jones is currently back in the lab working on the album. It is possible he will be releasing a third single, Bonnie & Clyde, which features LeToya Luckett, but yet some debate if The American Dream will be released or scrapped by the label instead.Producers on the album are said to be Salih Williams, Mannie Fresh, Myke Diesel, Amadeus and many more. Guests are UGK, Trey Songz, T.I., Bobby Brown, LeToya Luckett, Killa Kyleon, Lil' Mo, Snoop Dogg, Slim Thug, T-Pain, Lil' Flip, King Mello and more. Mike Jones' first single is "Mr. Jones". The second single is "My '64", which contains a sample of Eazy-E's "Boyz-n-the-Hood."
