May 18, 2012 - If you pay attention to the show enough, you'll see that Ryan has a complete disdain for Kathy being on the show. One of the earlier shows he says something to the effect "You're only here because the boss says so". Improv just isn't Kathy's thing, rather she not be a part of it.
