Dec 9, 2011 - Texas put a man in prison for life because he tested positive for weed on probation! He was pardoned though. Still, for instance if you're a stoner that loses pot bags or has more than a couple tiny bags of weed you'll get charged with attempt to deliver, it's a first degree felony in Texas and the judge can sentence you to life, which in Texas means LIFE!, if he doesn't like your haircut.
