In Avast if you delete it out of the chest (Quarintine) you delete it off your computer. In AVG if you delete it out of it's vault it goes back on your computer. WTF is with that stupidity? Therefore if you keep getting viruses or spyware it has a bloated chest. DOH!

Feb 2, 2012 - Norton is just annoying. It's like a control freak of the programme world. It will not take no for an answer. I just turn it off in task manager every time I start the computer up. It keeps deleting files that I need! I don't care if the file is a trojan seriously, can't I just open it without intervention and then do a full system scan to clear out any trojan that was 'installed'? Apparently not.

Feb 19, 2012 - I've used Norton Internet Security for over 10 years on my succession of computers, except a few years ago when I purchased a new laptop and decided to go with something different...I decided upon ZoneAlarm, being that at that time, it was rated to beat out Norton, BitDefender and some of the other competitors Absolutely nothing but problems from the start! Good or bad, it's been back to Norton...I've learned it's better to deal with the devil you know, than the one you don't!

Apr 12, 2012 - Sophos for enterprise, MSE for home. Norton is slow and clogs up your system, if you know what your doing a free av such as Mse or avast is perfectly good. Larger enterprises are a different story, though.
