Jan 18, 2011 - I 2nd the MUFE Eye Liner and for a cheaper alternative I've found those eyeliner and lipliners that are $.99 don't bleed either. I've found the softer the pencil the more chance of bleeding. Also, going over your eyeliner with the same color of eyeshadow works. Not wet but use the eyeshadow dry over the liner.
