Apr 23, 2012 - It's easy to complain about youtube succumbing to corporate greed, but do you know that youtube has been sued time and again by these companies for copyright violations, for billions of $? Try googling youtube+sued+copyright to get an idea - repeatedly, since 2007, till last week. The choices are to either take everything down (and go back to the good old days of actually PAYING to hear music!) or accept that the clips are exclusively posted by these companies, + ads. What would you go for?

I am still ready to give them some credit. But that in order to watch Vevo you have to swallow some commercial before is a bit much to put it mildly.

I remember reading an article on this video back when it came out talking about the wig and the fact that the underwater shots were filmed in a giant tank. I have to say the filmy underwater effects are nice though I can't help but think about what that poor wig went through filming them. :P
