Feb 18, 2012 - Spoken like a man who knows nothing about the auto industry, and nothing about the history of the auto unions.

Feb 18, 2012 - I agree with you in any sport but football theres not really a country with good enough football franchises to compete with the speed the NFL has on both sides of the ball

Feb 18, 2012 - f they were to remake batman of the future, clint should play as old bruce wayne. <----Clint Eastwood play a supporting role? The last time he did that was in "Paint Your Wagon" 43 years ago.. I have a feeling "Gran Torino" is going to end up being his last screen appearance.

Feb 20, 2012 - Speaking of Christopher Reeve, I just watched Superman IV: (from 1987) last night. The special effects were really terrible compared to movies these days. His Superman outfit looks like a Halloween costume. The big "S" on the back of his cape looks like it was drawn with a Sharpie.
ldchappell1 Says:
Feb 20, 2012 - You mean like "The Terminator" being governor of California? Arnie was great on the screen, but a terrible governor. One of the worst. When he left office his approval rating was 23.8%.. Likewise, Eastwood was mayor of Carmel for two years and was absent 85% of the time. The only reason Eastwood wanted to be mayor was to change local ordinances to benefit his restaurant, "The Hog's Breath Inn"

Feb 21, 2012 - No...I meant tickle down. I don't know what trickle down means. LOL

Feb 21, 2012 - @tommytomted44 You're probably right. Still, that's what you get for trolling bro.
OutlawTomFantastic Says:
Feb 21, 2012 - Oh I know plenty about the history of Detroit and the auto unions. The unjust, unearned greed of these unions is what eventually brought Detroit to its knees. BTW I'm currently 90% through "My Life and Work" by Henry Ford. You should read it.
tommytomted44 Says:
Feb 21, 2012 - Thanks for the comment. You might call it trolling. I call it something else.I'm an actor working in LA, and I'm sick of people stealing other peoples work, and posting it as their own. That commercial is copy written intellectual property, and nobody has the right to turn it into a Batman trailer. When people file share my movies, or post them on YouTube, they are stealing my residuals. I am entitled to that income by law. SAVE AS does not change the rules.
tommytomted44 Says:
Feb 21, 2012 - Nice try but that is not the way it works. You are suggesting I let people steal my work so they will what? Like it so much they will go out and actually buy some?
Kostarr100 Says:
Feb 23, 2012 - The first Superman movie is the best one. The second is o.k. And then downhill from there.
onesharpmama Says:
Mar 2, 2012 - the special effects weren't bad for the times. More importantly, he was a hearthrob of a leading man and the storyline was simple, clean and largely true to the original. It was the best!

tommytomted44 Says:
Feb 18, 2012 - No they are not. Both involve taking something that does not belong to you. Both are stealing!
