Jan 27, 2012 - Almost anything in moderation is good... p.s. great video--I have a grandmother that is 96 years old, and she tells me that she satisfies her appetite with a piece of potato or yuca with code fish and salad every other day. That is to say, that, the issue to health problems lies in over eating of anything.

Feb 2, 2012 - I finally made the eggplant Parmesan, and I even placed the edges of the eggplants in the frying pan as an indicator for oil heat. Now, I have to say, my dish came out absolutely great. However, my dish did not look as great as yours, so I can only guess that yours had to taste better. Even though, my eggplant Parmesan came out great, I'm always in tune with your videos, p.s. L.X. Keep it up....

Feb 24, 2012 - Hi Clara, we are from Taylor Street. I worked in Melrose Park for 10 years. I remember picking dandelions with my grandma on the hills of the Eisenhower. She said it had to be from a field that wasn't sprayed with weed killer and we all know the highway dept never did that. I had my mom make a video cookbook before she passed away. I'm enjoying watching yours.

May 17, 2012 - This woman is charming. I can see why you'd want to capture her on film and share her a little bit w/ the public. I've just watched several of these videos and intend to show a few to my mother. She'll enjoy them b/c she's 85 and grew up during the depression. When I was young, she spoke about this period of time often.
