Apr 24, 2012 - I think he mainly uses wustof from what I have seen, certainly he has a 20cm wustof 'chef's' knife and I think a 10cm utility knife. I think the slicing knife he is using to open up the chicken is a henkels though!

Jun 12, 2011 - In todays society people are so used to food filled with preservatives and artificial flavors. They can't appreciate this type of cooking. Its sad really.This is real good down to earth food, great work, simple, and hearty.
