May 28, 2011 - Has anyone suggested the scientific approach? A Neurofeedback specialist can analyze the problem by looking at the brain activity. If you have severe activity causing your thoughts to race this will cause severe anxiety. Neurofeedback can unlock the brain. My son has had 26 sessions and is feeling extremely better.

Rob2977 Says:
Apr 11, 2012 - 1) I would like to mention that I had Anxiety - Panick for almost 15 years and very bad ones as well. After going to the Hospital and clinics for about 100 times and telling them so many times that my anxiety was not stress related they had never listen to me and tried many times to get me on anti depressants I alaways said NO! 15 years later my vision started going a little blurry as normal with anxiety etc...I decided to go to the eye doctor...AND VOILA! I needed glasses...
Rob2977 Says:
Apr 11, 2012 - 2) I had TMJ but not the muscle kind!! So now I wear glasses the tremors, anxiety, panic, sick feeling, pains are gone he mention that many come to eye Doctors and say the exact same thing..he said that DOCTORS ASSUME That you got everything checked! as they are not eye doctors!!! My right eye was 3 x greater than my left making it so my left eye wouldcontribute and forcing to my right this causes a hole malfunction in the nervous system little that I knew.....so now this problem was fixed...
Rob2977 Says:
Apr 11, 2012 - 3) About 1 year earlyer I was having major anxiety and panics..I was told by a friend that it seemed more like I had something else than stress...I said I know. Even though my anxiety was very bad and panics were just coming out like crazy...he told me to try this...eat 3 x times daily but healthy food and snack in between....So what the hell after 15 years I will try anything...and Voila.....I had Hypoglycemia... all those anxiety and panics were not stress my body was looking for NATURAL SUGAR
Rob2977 Says:
Apr 11, 2012 - 4) So now..If you look you look up TMJ (eye) and Hypoglycemia. You will find if you put all those symptoms together you get one human body that just goes thru hell with anxiety and panic and all sorts of weird sysmptoms exacly what I had for 15 years because Hospital Drsnever checked!!!.....good luck people it took me 15 years!!! I hope it takes less for you...DO NOT TOUCH THE MEDICATION IF YOU KNOW 100% that is something else than stress!!
Rob2977 Says:
Apr 11, 2012 - 5) If you try the Hypoglycemia method...be patient this is not an overnight fix. But if you feel like a panic attack is about to start or you just dont feel well..... EAT!

May 21, 2012 - As a child I was very OCD, washed my hands till they bled. Later I developed depression and GAD. At 30, I finally went to a doctor thinking maybe my problems weren't just me being "weak." My diagnosis was a relief and a revelation to me. It took several tries, but I found the drug and dosage that works for me (Zoloft). It's been five years and it's given my life back to me. I know that I will never judge anyone for taking medication for their mental disorders. These drugs can help people.

Dec 14, 2010 - @opethforlife Anxiety disorders occur more frequently in women (not "females"), and some affect women twice as frequently. That fact is of interest to a women's group. If most resources on anxiety treated it as a women's issue, I would understand why men with anxiety would feel alienated - they're no vast minority - but this ONE video is the only resource I've found (having anxiety myself) in the context of a presentation to a women's group - and it isn't unjustified. Perspective.
