The French government has taken another step toward banning face veils in public after the cabinet had approved the final draft of a proposed law.The proposed law has yet to be ratified by parliament, but if passed there, it will mean women who cover their faces in public will be fined and stiff pentalties will be used on any men who force their wives or daughters to cover up.Al Jazeera's Estelle Youssouffa reports from Paris, the French capital.May 19, 2010

May 19, 2010 - The face veil is NOT ISLAMIC people... it is a minor jurisprudencial opinion... do not mix it up!!!! I am for Banning calling it Islamic... people that where it are Fanatics and Zealots and have a narrow view on their religon
