Jan 18, 2012 - Looks great, just like the restaurant makes it. Now I can do it myself and not pay too much for it. Thanks for taking out the time to make this video. If any one is apperciative it would be me! Thanks!

FiresOfHellSanaka Says:

Jan 18, 2012 - You can eat beef raw or rare whatever you call it. It's pork you can't. XDo some research people. Not trying to be an ass but I'm just simply stating the truth.

FiresOfHellSanaka Says:

Jan 18, 2012 - Besides people eat raw fish too so i don't see what the big deal is. Man has been eating raw steak for a long time. it's called mediam rare or whatever. Deer/elk meat is still pink inside after it's cooked. Pork is the food you can't eat raw. I have been around Pho' long enough to see the raw meet they put in instintly turn brown meaning it's cooked. It's so hot that I've burned the tip of my fingers just slidding it to myself lol. I don't know how they grab them bowls bare handed XD! Uh? OW!

insaneShadowKnight Says:

Jan 20, 2012 - Okay so I missed a step when you put the onion inside the vinegar do you take it out and then use it for the other bowls or is it only for one bowl?

Kherudjhuti Says:

Jan 20, 2012 - why not skim broth before putting the spice bag in? wouldn't it be easier?

ljewkes Says:

ljewkes Says:

Jan 21, 2012 - @MultiVietMinh um you did not see what they wrote on my video, way messed up, that's why i said that!

BARBONAWS Says:

Jan 23, 2012 - your skimming the broth to get rid of any fat or impurities in the stock also to stop it from going cloudy close to a french consomme and raw beef is excellent for nutritional value cooking actually will help to lose most of that good stuff but how you eat steak is your choice :)

footsy913 Says:

Jan 24, 2012 - @ljewkes who the fuck cares about your videos. he is just asking a question on this video instead of your crappy ones.

JASGCProductions Says:

Feb 6, 2012 - First of all, I can't even BELIEVE how MEAN people can be to each other. Grow up everybody. Live life optimistically. Don't hurt others because of your suffering.Second: Bravo job. Only, I suggest boiling the beef bone for 10 minutes then rinse and then use that for the broth. Much easier. Then you add the spices (with those, you have to fry them first to get the full flavor) and then add to water. Don't forget ginger! The longer you simmer the broth, the more intense the broth flavor will be.

solongdetien Says:

Feb 7, 2012 - my favorite food!!

SLYkutie Says:

Feb 8, 2012 - @shakeshackgirl yes, you can substitute the beef with chicken.

SLYkutie Says:

Feb 8, 2012 - &ive never seen that packet of ready-spices! thats so cool.
