May 21, 2012 - I'm wondering what type / brand of soy sauce is popular in Japan, I had amoy soy sauce and have changed to yakuta brand (i think that's how you spell it) however it seems to have a very strong and rather...strange flavor and smell compared to the old one...should i be using it more sparingly or is this brand rubbish? I'm confused on how 2 soy sauce can be soooo different to be honest lol
