May 26, 2012 - Gravity *is* a fact. So is global warming. There are theories to explain each. Facts are aspects of Nature that are observed and agreed upon. Theories are how we attempt to explain the facts.

May 26, 2012 - No it isnt. No scientists will ever say anything is a class. There is always a 1% chance that the entire concept of scientific method and theory is wrong. E.g. santa clause probably isnt real, but there is a tiny tiny chance we got it all wrong and he doe exist. So no, gravity might not exist it could all be figments of our imagination and we could be in a matrix or something. Thus, its never a fact, just a very well backed up theory. Of course that shouldnt effect its implications.

If you had researched the group who made and funded it you would have found out that it was a white, right wing christian, anti-abortion, anti-birth control group trying to pull the old "divide and conquer" routine on the uninformed. you should always look at the agenda of the groups trying to convince you, and who gets the benefit.

We should prioritize graduates' jobs before teachers' because there are far more students than teachers.Will teachers unions support education, local control and learning?Will they let DeptEd support education?
