Jul 27, 2011 - dudes. this video is a FULL BODY WORKOUT. some people are saying to do squats or something else. those aren't full body workouts; that's less than half a body.if you're complaining about doing 30-60 reps, there's a thing called practice practice practice. eat properly and do these every other day.if you want more size, maybe grab some weights and hold them or buy a weighted vest and add 20-30lbs.there's an unlimited variety of exercises, this is just one. be creative

Jan 10, 2012 - So this exercise (FOR SURE) will hurt one ankle and both knees. If you're not really flexible it'll hurt both ankles, knees and back. I suggest that you avoid this one. or if you're doing it, do it after you've reached a certain level of fitness and not more than 15 reps.
