Over the decades however, Unions became powerful and an entity that feeds its power by using the labor force to make unreasonable demands, therebye sending companies overseas; because they can no longer feed the unbelievably huge benefits and wages that cannot be sustained. So Unions basically drove the jobs away.

Nobody wants to pay taxes, and everybody wants to maximize profits. If current tax rates were cut in half, people would still take advantage of loopholes.
