May 10, 2012 - Hi how about spartacus workout plus weight training ? I men when to do other muscle groups ? Obviously this one is not enough for full body workout but how to ccombine it ? wight training first or what ?

May 10, 2012 - Thanks for the form demonstration. I tried this for the first time today, it is a KILLER workout, and by that i mean it will kill you!! I am not a body builder, just a guy trying to loose a few pounds get a little more fit. I think this is a great workout to bring out, but be careful, go slow, I tried to do too much, it seems easy the first couple exercises, by the middle of set 1 your struggling, by set 2 you have nothing left.
