Apr 28, 2012 - Yeah. I can't get how a simple vanilla shooter with unparalleled levels of customization and balance could be hated so much. Halo is a game that started with an admittedly bland base, and built on top of it. The only negative values I could see would be it's slow speed and it's old school gun mechanics with high health and weaker, role focused (not power tier focused) weapons. The art style never really bothered be because I started playing FPSs in the 90s when they all were that colorful. meh.

Apr 29, 2012 - There is a huge difference in halo and this game first off this is a MMO FPS and its Free 2 Play. It is also connected to another game called Eve Online with everything you do in Dust affects Eve players. As well as this game closer resembles a movie like star trek then halo. This you have realistic looking suits that i can see be future war suits and the guns look like guns and not a kids toy. Halo is a ok series but its pretty overrated one. If it came out for all platforms no 1 would like it.

Apr 30, 2012 - Wolfenstein 3D can win, then after that a lot of FPS came out, most were just Doom with a new skin like Marathon, and some few were fun and original (Duke Nukem) or even inovative (System Shock). Tribes had cool stuff like Jetpacks (hello Halo), vehicles and most importantly : skiing, well in Tribes 2 at least, because i think it was a bug in the first Tribe. But Bungie can also make some original game, like Oni or that medieval RTS, can't remember the name, shame it's not as popular as Halo.
