May 14, 2012 - I think Chris is absolutely correct in saying that the wild is where people can find out who they really are, and the freedom of man is definitely restricted in society. But no, you don't really need to do what he did to enjoy life. However, I think that MOST people would find that the feeling of being unsure of exactly what's going to happen, and going away from things that restrict you could be the greatest way to live life.just do what you feel is right FOR YOU, AND LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!!

May 17, 2012 - I disagree here. He didn't JUST die, he had been living the life he wanted to. He was unsatisfied about life, and decided to do something about it. And yes, I think we can call that courage. Many people are living their lives, know they're not satisfied, but still won't change their way of living. Chris however, fulfilled his desires, and apparently inspired people to fulfill theirs as well. "You ever want something in Life? Reach out and grab it!"; I am certain he grabbed it. Do you grab it?

May 19, 2012 - this chris guy sure remind's me of myself we did a lot of the same thing's and agree on a lot of life's view's. when people told me about the movie i did'nt belive them until i watched it. i have a lot of respect for this guy and what he did thank you chris for leading the way. the bush was the best 5 months of my life and the hitchhiking never get's old rest in peace buddy.
