Dec 7, 2011 - @MrPsychopath83 - Hah! Julie L's version's a vamp masterpiece but I think Sarah's vocal here is slightly prettier and more musical. BTW if you want a version that really sounds like the singer hasn't slept a wink and really IS stuffing her face with black coffee try Peggy Lee's...

Dec 13, 2011 - @ThePencillegs the birth of true music goes back to classical music. as a matter of fact even father then that. it started with the gregorian chants. but even father. The gregorian chants were the first form of documented music.

TheGeniusOfMozart Says:

Apr 9, 2012 - Why is Billie Holiday always above Sarah Vaughan in every list of greatest female jazz singers? In all of the lists I've seen, Ella Fitzgerald or Billie Holiday is in first place, and Sarah is always third. Billie Holiday is so overrated and Sarah Vaughan is underrated. Billie Holiday has a boring depressing voice whereas Sarah Vaugan has a cool, melodious and fascinating voice that brightens the day. I think Dinah Washington and Nancy Wilson are also better than the overrated Billie Holiday.
