Sep 20, 2011 - They are 3 parts of our government the executive, legislative, and judiciary. FDR had super majority. Obama had to deal with record number of filibusters and as of November of this tape Dems lost the house. I have respect for West but, in the midst of this 48% of eligible voters vote. We need to vote to empower an Obama with legislative branch to back him. West, voter registration! or Obama will be Carter not even Clinton. Compromise is Democracy.

If black people in '64 could start getting better jobs, it would still be about 20 or 30 years or so before they could start providing their children with better education, and that's only if you're lucky enough to be educated enough yourself. Relatively, less black children have hopes of going to college than whites for exactly that reason. Affirmative action is painted as this cure that should've been single dose, but really it's 3-a-day medicine.
