May 16, 2012 - are you an IDIOT?!??! there is NOTHING mythical about this movie or the story!!! its called The Battle of Thermopylae you IDIOT! where a small force of around 300 spartans led by Leonoidas blocked the only road to stop the persian army entering spartan territory while the army of 7000 Thebians, spartans and Thespians battled the persians in the main platau! the persian army had set out to conquer all of greece and when they fought the spartans with an army of around 300,000 soldiers!! IDIOT

Its a fact , but the loses were fewer (for the persians) , although yes Persians won.And after this battle Xerxes tried his luck in the last battle called( Platau) , where Persians lost , and abandoned the campaign. And few years after the Macedonias unleashed a counterattack with their leader Alexanter (The Great) , and they utterly destroyed Persian empire.
