If you can't hear exactly how many hits there are in a section of the beat. put it in a media player that allows u to slow it down and catch every single beat so you know what you're listening to when it goes full speed and exactly how many times you need to hit or groove with it. I don't know if this is what ian does. But it's the easiest thing for me if I can't catch exactly how many beats are in a section. I havent slowed it down but i think i counted 5 here

May 4, 2012 - not really, nothing outside privately trying improve grooving and looking clean. But I plan on taking classes this summer. But ever since i was younger the musicality of hip hop just sort of hooked me. how you can match almost every movement to a sound in the song.
