Well of course the guy wouldn't use the RPG if the chopper wasn't there. That's pretty much what RPG's are for, to take down enemy vehicles. The OTHER OTHER option would be for those guys to NOT bring their weapons (especially an RPG) around when there's an AMERICAN APACHE HELICOPTER flying overhead. What did they expect? They guaranteed their own death.
