Nov 7, 2008 - I blame her hairdresser.Seriously, Sleeper were a great band, if a little light and frothy.Thing is, ALL the bands from that period bar Blur and Oasis, died on their arses after 96.Even Pulp never again enjoyed the highs of that period, despite doing some of their best stuff.

Sep 27, 2009 - Im responding to this because I think it is worth mentioning; Sleeper sort of broke up mutually. They played together again a few more times but unlike the Stone Roses or Elastica it was a mutual breakup. Two of bandmembers are teaching; Louise writes books. They can actually sit in the same room together; possibly even do another gig again; a rareity.
