May 20, 2012 - Man... If Phil let him play in the 4th, Kobe would've scored 80 that night... EASILY.
theone642 Says:
May 23, 2012 - You are right. Kobe seems to take tough shots while michael got easier ones as a result of his greater ability to penetrate the defense. Hence, why michael's shooting percentage was significantly better than kobe's.
Mr4realHill Says:
May 23, 2012 - why did Dirk win the MVP in 2007???????????
InduSingh007 Says:
May 23, 2012 - mj had the ability to create way more space, thats the main reason why his shooting % is higher.
theone642 Says:
May 23, 2012 - What you are saying is true, but kobe never had the ability to penetrate at will like michael did.
basketball230230 Says:
May 23, 2012 - Now tell me that Lebron is better then Kobe.....
kosterwong09 Says:
May 24, 2012 - who can score more than 60+ and take less than 31 shots
HIPHOPCHAMBER2 Says:
May 24, 2012 - wth are you talking about. jordan use to go to the hole aginst 4 pistons get hammered, somehow maintain his balance to make a circus shot look like he ment to do it. kobe is shooting a bunch of jumperbombs
Mindux518 Says:
May 25, 2012 - yes he is better , overall, passes assists block and steals... kode ir sjut scorer and cluth scorer... but i think u cant understand this....
sweetbxch Says:
May 25, 2012 - I didnt grow up seeing Jordan play Basketball, i grew up watching kobe, thats why He's the #1 Player for me !

TheArchangles982 Says:
May 27, 2012 - Another season where Kobe was cheated out of the MVP -.-
mosesmoo Says:
May 27, 2012 - 62 points, and he didn't play in the 4th quarter. Imagine if he did.
KingJames1871 Says:
May 27, 2012 - Kobe was never cheated out of an MVP. I do however remember CP3 being cheated out of an MVP in 2008.
travonce Says:
May 27, 2012 - you got to realize lebron is a stats player... never won a championship even with a stacked... if kobe was with miami, it would be a season... PLAIN AND SIMPLE! lebron wont win a ring with miami unless its next season
Mindux518 Says:
May 27, 2012 - kobe won few titles just because of shaq.... he only won few times alone (gasol+bynum), james never had good palyers in his team, exept last season, and he was 1 step away from it :) nowitzki won his first and alst title, and this year ofc they dont have bosh, but i bet they will be in finals and vs OKC it will be epic battle.
TheArchangles982 Says:
May 27, 2012 - So you're telling me Steve Nash's 19 points and 11 assist beats Kobe's 36 points 5 assist 5 rebounds and 2 steals and the 81 point game? Dirk's 25 points and 9 rebounds beats Kobe's 32 points 6 rebounds 6 assist and just about 2 steals? I will admit to Chris Paul being the 2008 MVP though.
KingJames1871 Says:
May 27, 2012 - Part 1: LeBron and Kobe's stat lines for the 2005-2006 season: LeBron: 31.4ppg, 48%fg, 33.5%3pt, 7rpg, 6.6apg, 1.6spg, .8bpg, 3.3tpg, 28.1PER, 16.3WS Kobe: 35.4ppg, 45%fg, 34.7%3pt, 5.3rpg, 4.5apg, 1.8spg, .4bpg, 3.1tpg, 28.0PER, 15.3WS Team record: Cavs: 50-32 Lakers: 45-37 Continued.....
KingJames1871 Says:
May 27, 2012 - Part 2: In the 2006-2007 season, Tim Duncan averaged 20ppg, 10.6rpg, 3.4apg, 2.4bpg and shot 54.6% from the field. His team went on to win the championship. Dirk won the MVP that year, because his team had the best record in the league, the only reason why I don't think he deserved the MVP, is because of his terrible defense. The Mavs had the 5th ranked defense in the league that year and it contributed greatly to their team success.
Chris Manrique Says:
May 27, 2012 - I don't know any team that can get 45 wins with Kwami Brown on there team. Kobe had no team.
KingJames1871 Says:
May 27, 2012 - "Kobe had no team"And LeBron did?
TheArchangles982 Says:
May 27, 2012 - Regarding the Lakers record in the 2005-2006 season no one could have a good record when you're teammates are Kwame Brown, Luke Walton, Smush Parker, Sasha Vujacic, Laron Profit, Brian Cook etc. The only real teammate Kobe had was Odom who was ok that season compared to LeBron for example with Ilgauskas, Hughes, and Murray. LeBron had a better supporting cast and he still only won 5 more games. Also why is LeBron being bought up when I'm comparing to Nash who won the MVP?
KingJames1871 Says:
May 27, 2012 - I brought up LeBron, because I feel that he should've won the 05-06 MVP. As far as LeBron having a better supporting cast, Murray played 28 games and averaged 13 points 2 rebounds and 3 assists and Hughes shot 41% from the field. The Lakers had 7 players (with at least 50 games) with double digit PER's, after Kobe, while the Cavs only had 4, after LeBron. Lamar averaged 15ppg, 9rpg and 5.5apg (led the team, while LeBron led his). LA also had Phil Jackson as a coach, and the Cavs had Mike Brown.
137keke Says:
May 27, 2012 - stop saying kobe won titles because of shaq.. they needed each other.. and they didnt win until kobe start averaging 20 ppg

ABCba5tard Says:
