DavetheCPA Says:
Jan 30, 2012 - @DavisTheNovice If you watch the video, they recommend you don't talk to them. Ask if you can leave. If you can leave, then go. If you can't, then you are a suspect and tell them you aren't speaking to them without your attorney.
SaintEntreri Says:
Jan 31, 2012 - @verstehetmich Because every one of the six million people in american jails is a murderer.
cnmcalpi1 Says:
Jan 31, 2012 - @setmedic No, the scum of the earth are overzealous prosecutors, detectives, cops and judges who would rather convict a few innocents in order to get max guiltys than let a few guiltys walk so that no innocents go down.

Feb 1, 2012 - the only place where i disagree with him here is in the case of minor offenses. Often cops aren't actually looking to arrest you (for say, jumping a turnstile at a subway stop), but they do have evidence of you committing the small crime (for example on camera). In these sort of cases they often tell you off, but will let you go. If you don't talk to them they will probably file charges (I guess a fine or an arrest), but if you cooperate they often let you go.
Bagabagab Says:
Feb 2, 2012 - @CCPcakes People don't care about what is actually important. People want cat videos. That is why no one shares this.
verstehetmich Says:
Feb 3, 2012 - @SaintEntreri that was of the most literal interpretations of my comment I have seen so far. I'll bet you are a riot to hang out with!
verstehetmich Says:
Feb 3, 2012 - @SaintEntreri and, of course, by "riot" I mean the slang definition of having a jolly good time... just so you dont think I was saying "hanging out with you would involve many people looting and violating others"

Domindado Says:
Feb 6, 2012 - @tifforo1 what er ya stupid or just tryin to throw me off!? if you think getting somethin stolen from you while yer not home is as bad as getting something taken from you with you right there then labeled as a reason by the thug to pay a fine, go to court later in the future or have a summons for your arrest, pay AGAIN for "court cost", then possibly go to jail, have to work without being paid "community service", have to do UAs, go to horsefuck classes THEN YER AS DUMB AS A STUMP!
tifforo1 Says:
Feb 6, 2012 - @CCPcakes It's a law school class, not an undergraduate college class.
tifforo1 Says:
Feb 6, 2012 - @79Testo Uh, no, actually, it sounds like he was saying that the defense's claims in court contradicted the defendant's earlier statement to police.
tifforo1 Says:
Feb 6, 2012 - 5:46-6:54Getting convicted in federal court for bringing a bony fish in from a visit to Honduras in violation of a Honduran law you didn't know about sounds annoying, but consider that an alternative way for them to handle that would be to extradite you to Honduras to be tried there,
