Feb 4, 2012 - I don't know if people realize that this was way out of his range and he had to know it. But I think he did this performance as for of a showcase for her than for himself. He's a class act. You can tell he is really struggling to stay within the range of the song. Great job.

Feb 7, 2012 - poor Randy. he's getting older and i think he's losing his singing voice. but seeing this makes me realize that he probably misses being on stage because he's been doing this just as long or probably longer than George Strait. still it looked like he was enjoying it and Carrie sings it so well ;) he couldn't have found anyone better to cover that song. But no matter how old you get Randy you will always be a great country music idol :)
