Feb 21, 2012 - 2 questions...1.If I received a summons, can I tell them that the legal person does not live at this address and suggest they try the registry office where the original birth certificate is kept(I only have a copy after all)?2. What happens when a married woman is summonsed? What should she present as the legal person?

Mar 21, 2012 - I don't even know who this guy is, but I really like what he's doing. It's a reminder to all of us to stay informed, and not take shit from people who say they're in power, when they're employed to serve us. SERVE. Not domineer.

Apr 8, 2012 - Very historically and legally accurate, provided that the source of common law in question is your ass.

bighands69 Says:

Apr 12, 2012 - That the illusion that is at play. As long as people play the game the cult leaders can exercise power. I my self do not really have enough knowledge to understand what is happening in this video but I do not trust the legal system any more than banking or politics.

kingofaikido Says:

Apr 20, 2012 - I have tears running down my cheeks from seeing this. It's time we all stood up for real justice, for the law of the land to be respected and not handed over to some clique of businessmen. I've been unemployed for 20 years and my student debt is a mile high, yet they call me free. I salute you and every freeman out there..!

philartio Says:

Apr 22, 2012 - No Oath produced = No authority. Also, the term is 'hanged'.

infinitesimotel Says:

Apr 22, 2012 - Are you that magistrate in the video?

MaupoNaio Says:

Apr 26, 2012 - These courts operate under the UCC, or Uniform Commercial Code.Unless you're Commercial ( a corporation ) thereby agreeing to the laws and rules regulating the society whereas you agree to be a part of, then these "Statutes" "Acts" "Bylaws" are not applicable until you've agreed to be part of their society. That is why there is a "BAR" you have to pass in order to become Notary Public. However, all Lawyers are Notary Public, including the Justice of The Peace. Though they wont tell you that.

BoyBangla Says:

Apr 27, 2012 - When you swear and Oath are you then entering Common Law Jurisdiction? Is that why the magistrate refused the Oath?

BoyBangla Says:

Apr 27, 2012 - How will they deal with the bailiffs when the finally arrive?

biodegradablepsycho Says:

stupotty40 Says:

May 6, 2012 - Jeez....you dont 'alf talk a load of crap....lol.So, where did all of this get you? Oh, filming in a court in this country is an offence under the contempt of court act....oh no, sorry, I forgot, acts of parliament arent law are they?I reckon that sooner or later you will find yourself with time on your hands to chew over your stupidity and lack of knowledge when a judge sends you to prison for contempt.....

ihateshitstabbers Says:

May 8, 2012 - bah bah bah run back to ya flock. idiot

Virgil Ante' Says:

May 15, 2012 - Im confused. Does common law use the all capital letter names on your birth certificate? For instance. Is family court, such as child custody and divorce under common law? What exactly is common law?

tubehows4life Says:

May 15, 2012 - "Contempt of court" doesn't mean you're bad or naughty, especially when exposing court corruption, and thats why it should be filmed for our own protection. The fact that the courts don't means that they can record your testimony as they see fit, a concept you seem untroubled by. So some brave people risk jail to film it themselves.

SpiderRider3 Says:

May 18, 2012 - what's common law?
