Feb 7, 2012 - In my opnion this movie is the ultimate apocalypse movie. It gives a perfect realistic idea of how the world would be in such a situation. And therefore you wont see vampires, zombies or other fictional creatures, just people trying to stay alive and find some sense. People who want to see unrealistic action should watch Mad max, Zombieland, Book of Eli and that kind of childish crap. The Road is the one and only 'pure' apocalypse movie so yes, it's depressing as fuck. I love it.
