And the fact is that when you aren't getting something more out of it it's impossible to get large groups to work harder. The only way communism could possibly work is if monetary systems were done away with completely. Which still wouldn't work well because it would simply become a barter system.

The few with the money will take advantage of the people (as they do now) and with the rich being the only ones to get involved in politics, it becomes an aristocracy that constantly fucks people over. Communism is better because the quality of people and lifestyle is higher. Yes, lifestyle was higher in the soviet union. There were no homeless, nor hungry, in Communist russia. and definitely no want or need for drugs.

We are not bad unless we choose to be. And higher agriculture isn't what made Communism great, it helped greatly in feeding people, but what made communism great is science and advancement in industry. They were the first to develop a space program, developed high quality firearms that have been used since 1948 and are in use today

May 28, 2012 - The communists were the first to believe a meteor hit earth and that led to the death of dinosaurs, they did well enough to provide food for all of their people, enough quality items for everyone and a few wants were met as well. Hard work, determination, furthering our understanding of things, and loyalty towards ones nation and fellow citizens were what defined communism.

Well if you can`t grasp even such basic things then i was absolutely right anyway, a person with low culture and primitive motivation can not even comprehend why some people can work not for personal gain but for common prosperity, why people willingly give their lives to save others e t c. I`m so sorry for you.
