Mar 30, 2012 - Really? I mean really? There's nothing deep in Move for Me, and it doesn't need to be deep. The song is talking about a cathartic dancing experience were she (or the author) doesn't care who she's dancing with, she's just burning off steam doing what she loves to do. Definitely relate-able to most, but completely superficial. Nothing wrong with a fun song, not everything NEEDS to be deep. You might want to understand what DEEP is tho, it's not the depth and magnitude of your reaction to it.

As far as Move for Me goes, the heart is on it's sleeve, not veiled in any sense of the word, and that's to the benefit of the song in my honest opinion. You might have a very profound reaction to the song, but it is what it is, and that's ok. Btw music video's aren't typically being considered as an artist writes music, and often the artist plays no role at all in them.
