Jan 2, 2012 - I mean she can't win everything...give her a break...she had just come back from almost dying and not having any activity for nearly a year...it would take Sharapova around 2-3 years to get back to this level of play. I was happy she made it to the finals. There are so many players that can't recover from such disasters, but she ALWAYS does and I appreciate her for sticking around to give us more. Plus, she waited until the point had ended to say a light come on.

Plus, Sharapova's game is 1 dimensional anyway, so I'm sure that has more to do with it. She just isn't all that great anymore.
