Mar 17, 2012 - 1 & 2nd gear takes some getting used to on the WR250R , they back of so quick when you drop back throttle it like your pulling on the brakes. 1st gear is a bit jumpy if your going slow and you have to work the clutch . You could putt around in 2nd but it doesn't like doing under 25klm very much in 2nd and 1st is too low. The fuel injection just takes some getting used to.Its a fun bike to ride and sits well on the road .
