May 28, 2011 - So, a decent band does a cover of a brilliant bands song. Well, I wont complain that the vocalist sounds like the guy who did the Toy Story movies, though I could. My only complaint, my only question is: Why? This cover sounds so flat and dull compared with the original. Really, though, it's just like the original - only castrated. There is nothing special at all here. I really wish they would've done something different with this cover...

May 28, 2011 - Perhaps the point of the lifelessness of it is to emphasize how complacent we've become about our predicament, or how utterly exhausted we are of trying to fight it...I don't know. Whether it's that or not, I just don't think this cover works. The original Pink Floyd rendering stands supreme. This is just a waste.

Jul 26, 2011 - This is a very good cover of one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs. I really like the "starkness" of having just the voice and the piano. Floyd is a hard band to cover well, but this is a pretty good one. My only complaint is how strained he sounds when he sings "Oooooh, babe..." near the end.  I know he was trying to emulate Roger Waters, but in this cover, I think he should have taken some liberties and stuck closer to his own vocal range. That's a pretty minor complaint, though. :)
