Hiramatsu Junko(Japan) was tech-judge.In 2009 WC, her 3-3 got 'Attenton'. Myriam (Swiss) was assistant.In 2009 GPF in Tokyo, her 3-3 got 'Downgrade'. Myriam Loriol-Oberwiler (Swiss)was tech-judge.Why ONLY Myriam Oberwiler and Junco gave downgrade to Yuna kim while other tech judges did not in other events?It's very strange!
