I've seen a bunch of "John Frusciante Best Solo" videos but I think I speak for everyone who watched this video when I say this is definitely the fastest and most melodic solos John has ever improved, during any of their songs live. They never sounded THIS good. Man do I love this band. John needs to come back and Klinghoffer should be the rhythm guitarist, like stadium tour.

But people, give Josh a chance, the fact that John himself chose Josh, does mean that the boy can play guitar, no? And doesn't he play good, he doesn't kill that guitar like john but I wouldn't like to be his guitar either.
