Of course Neil's output has been prodigious over the last 45 years, (and pretty consistently high quality, too). Unfortunately, health issues will likely prohibit RA from ever having a run like that but if it did happen, I have no doubt that in the end, there'd be serious argument over who was the "greater artist." It sounds trite because of course they are, in their own ways, both great.
