Mostly because 1960-80's Rock music in general requires more "skill" to play instruments sing and write lyrics.. It might me just my taste, but i'm quite sure that it would be fare to state that ozzy's song should've gotten more views than ANY hip-hop song.. (sorry for my english. not a native speaker)

Also there are some fine examples of hip-hop from 90's that i'd rather listen to.But what i am comparing in my argument are the best of the best in both genres (rock and hip-hop). Would you really compare Pink Floyd, or Black Sabbath or Rainbow with ANY of the old school hip-hop artists? I honestly think its an insult to rock music. Sorry if i sound to harsh.

May 16, 2012 - Can't say that I personally find Black Sabbath or Rainbow particularily good or interesting. Pink Floyd are fantastic musicians, but their actual music has never really appealed to me. And yeah, for me Madvillain, Wu-Tang and Gang Starr certainly rank higher than those groups you mentioned. But opinions are like assholes, and all that jazz.
